The Immigration And Citizenship Agency (ICA) Of Somalia Completed A Comprehensive Training Program For 20 Of Its Immigration Officers. The Training Focused On Strengthening The Officers’ Knowledge Of Immigration Regulations, Promoting Best Practices In Service Delivery, And Instilling A Strong Work Ethic Centered On Citizen-Centric Service.
The Training Covered A Range Of Topics, Including Immigration Laws And Procedures, Customer Service Excellence, And Professional Ethics. Participants Also Engaged In Interactive Sessions To Hone Their Problem-Solving And Communication Abilities.
The ICA Somalia Plans To Roll Out This Training Program To All Its Officers Across The Country, Ensuring Consistent Standards Of Service Delivery And A Strong Focus On Citizen Needs.
