The Director General of the Immigration and Citizenship Agency, Mr. Mustafe Sheikh Cali Dhuxulow, held a meeting today with the Attorney General, Mr. Suleymaan Maxamed, at ICA’s headquarters

Senior officials from both HSJ and the Office of the Attorney General attended the meeting, which focused on strengthening cooperation between the two institutions to enhance efforts in combating immigration-related crimes, human trafficking, and the use of fraudulent documents.

At the conclusion of the meeting, both sides agreed to strengthen procedures related to the prosecution of immigration and citizenship-related crimes to ensure they are brought to justice through proper legal channels. ICA remains committed to its ongoing efforts to combat immigration-related crimes and enhance the integrity of law enforcement institutions to safeguard national security and uphold the rule of law.
